This Mid-Wave infrared camera for industrial temperature detection uses an uncooled focal plane detector ,it is designed for high-temperature and harsh environments, without the common lifespan limitations of traditional cooled devices. The mid-wave infrared camera can be applied for temperature measurement through optical glass windows, flame temperature detection, temperature measurement through flames, and glass temperature measurement. It is suitable for applications in steel, metallurgy, glass furnace processing control, and condition monitoring, ensuring the reliability of production processes and providing supports for production with efficient operation in industrial monitoring.
Key Features:
Application :
1.Steel and Metallurgy:
Real-time monitoring of furnace temperature, flame condition, and molten metal surface temperature during high-temperature smelting processes to ensure production safety and improve product quality.
2.Glass Manufacturing: Used for temperature monitoring in glass furnaces, directly measuring molten glass temperature through optical glass windows to optimize furnace processes, reduce energy consumption, and lower defect rates.
3.Production Control: Real-time monitoring temperatures during high-temperature processing, such as heat treatment, forging, and welding, to ensure processing quality and efficiency.
4.Monitoring: Real-time monitoring of the operating conditions of industrial equipment to prevent failures and safety incidents caused by overheating, enhancing the reliability and stability of equipment operation.
